Flu Jab Service 2025–2026 in Cambridge

We’re pleased to announce that our pharmacy will be offering the flu vaccination service again this year, with both NHS and private options available.

  • NHS Flu Vaccinations: Available nationwide from 1st October 2025, except for pregnant women, who are eligible from 23rd September 2025.

  • Private Flu Vaccinations: Available from 23rd September 2025.

For your convenience, online bookings are preferred, but we will also accept walk-ins (subject to vaccine stock and the availability of a trained pharmacist on the day).

Came in this morning after waiting 45 minutes in a different pharmacy and not being seen.
Was seen really promptly by the really helpful pharmacist at milton road. He sorted me out some treatment, and he actually listened when I said the treatment has caused me nausea/vomiting side effects in the past so gave me some anti sickness to take with it.

It's really nice to felt listened to, and I'm glad that this time I won't have such a sicky unpleasant course of treatment

The staff here are very friendly and efficient. I've never had to wait long and they help get my prescription really quickly (no 20-40 minute wait like at some other pharmacies). And their booking site for flu jabs is quick and painless. I can't recommend them enough!

Friendly and efficient service. Very fast execution from my ordering on line, to GP surgery approval and readiness for collection in store. Never out of stock for my repeat prescriptions. As cheap as discount stores for generic painkillers, toothpaste and many other retail items.

Such a good service. The pharmacy offers a free home delivery service for prescriptions. Really brilliant for the many medications my 87 year old father needs to manage his health conditions. As his carer, they save me so much time. I can also communicate with them on the status of his prescriptions from the doctor by texting. Such a helpful feature. Highly recommend as an Independent pharmacy with their users at the heart of their practice.

Honestly such a lovely team here! The WhatsApp service is excellent and so helpful. Today the team helped me obtain my prescription when I was stuck with unwell children. Thank you for going above and beyond and always being so courteous. Also thank you for ensuring I receive the exact prescription I need without it being too much for you.

The best pharmacy I have ever had.
Walked in with my prescription and expected to have to wait until Monday as it was a Friday when I went in, the nice chap said give me 2 minutes, sure enough it was done there and then in 2 minutes, well pleased and happy.
I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

My wife and I have just changed over to this chemist and have to say compared to our previous chemist they are great friendly and they let you know when your prescription is ready to collect not like previous when it takes ages and are rude so hopefully this level of service will continue.
