Patients who use Milton Road Pharmacy can use the form below to request their repeatable medicines. Alternatively, you can email your request at prescriptions@miltonroadpharmacy.co.uk call us on 01223353015 or bring your request in person to the pharmacy.

Ordering repeatable medicines for new patients

New patients, patients who wish to switch to us, or returning patients will need to complete our online nomination form to get their medicines dispensed in Milton Road Pharmacy.

Such a good service. The pharmacy offers a free home delivery service for prescriptions. Really brilliant for the many medications my 87 year old... father needs to manage his health conditions. As his carer, they save me so much time. I can also communicate with them on the status of his prescriptions from the doctor by texting. Such a helpful feature. Highly recommend as an Independent pharmacy with their users at the heart of their practice.read more

My wife and I have just changed over to this chemist and have to say compared to our previous chemist they are great friendly and they let you know... when your prescription is ready to collect not like previous when it takes ages and are rude so hopefully this level of service will continue.read more
